Prepare the Delivery Location

The delivery location must be safe and accessible by our large and heavy trucks. The driver has the final say on whether or not the requested location is safe.

The driver may only place the dumpster on a paved, flat and level surface. If you would like it in your driveway, we recommend that you place a piece of plywood down prior to delivery. Red Star Roll-Off is not responsible for damage to any surface due to the weight of the truck and dumpster.

To Avoid Additional Charges

Rentals include delivery, 14-day rental, and pick-up. Each additional day is $10.00 per day based on availability. To avoid additional charges, please stay within weight allowance based on dumpster size. Each additional ton is $50.00 per ton. Fuel charges may apply. Additional charges for return trips due to overloaded dumpster, blocked dumpster or dumpster containing unacceptable materials.

Material must be level at the top of the container; nothing can be sticking out of the top. To avoid any extra charges, steer clear of the unacceptable items listed below:

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason, the customer decides to cancel the dumpster rental before it arrives at the delivery address; the customers refund would be based on the following pro-rated schedule:

1. Cancelled 24 hours before scheduled delivery; full refund less admin fee.
2. Cancelled after truck leaves company property, but before the rented dumpster arrives at delivery address; refund less hourly trucking, fuel surcharges and admin fee.
3. Cancelled after the rented dumpster is delivered to delivery address; no refund.

Terms

Red Star Roll-Off reserves the right to allow 48 hours for delivery of dumpster to delivery address, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Refunds will not be given if dumpster is delivered to delivery address beyond 48 hours due to acts of nature or events beyond our control. Red Star Roll-Off reserves the right to substitute the next larger size dumpster at no additional cost if ordered size is not available. Any substitutions for a smaller size dumpster must be agreed upon between Red Star Roll-Off and the customer and a price adjustment will be made according to the published rates at time of rental. Red Star Roll-Off drivers will do their best to place dumpster at the delivery address according to directions given by the customer at time of rental. Red Star Roll-Off reserves the right to charge the customer a nominal fee for returning to the delivery address to relocate dumpster at same address. The customer is responsible for any damages incurred to the dumpster while at the delivery address.

Customer agrees to make payments for any and all charges contained herein. If a credit card is initially used for payment, customer agrees to allow Red Star Roll-Off and Disposal to charge for subsequent charges and fees contained herein to the credit card. Customer agrees to make immediate payment for all fees and charges and to pay 2% interest and all attorney fees, court costs, and lien processing fees for past due balances. Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to dumpster for Red Star Roll-Off and Disposal during service times. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Red Star Roll-Off and Disposal against any damage caused by trucks or equipment to pavement, curbs, driveways, or any driving surface or service areas. The customer agrees not to overload containers by weight or volume. Cement washouts are not permitted in any dumpster.
